A: No, your license is permanent and will never expire. Minor version upgrades are always free, while major version upgrades are heavily discounted.
Q: How does the single-user license work?
A: Single-user licenses can be used by a single individual on a single computer. If FolderSizes is to be used by more than one person, or installed on multiple computers, you will need separate licenses for each user / installation combination. We offer discounts on multiple single-user license purchases. We also offer site-wide, country-wide, and enterprise licenses that allow for unlimited users and installations within a specific geographic scope (see below).
Q: How does site-wide licensing work?
A: Site-wide licenses support an unlimited number of users and installations at customer locations within a 10-mile radius of the site identified by the address indicated during the License Key purchase process.

A: Sure. Just contact us via email with as much information as possible, including the email address you used to place the order.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Because we make a fully functional trial version of FolderSizes available to all users at no cost, Key Metric Software does not accept returns for product license purchases. If you need more time to evaluate FolderSizes prior to licensing, please email us.
